Delivery Information

At Big K, we take pride in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We despatch all orders on a next-day delivery service, Monday to Friday.


Where orders are received before 12pm, we aim to despatch the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or over the weekend, will be despatched the next working day.

  • Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days from despatch - £3.99, free when you spend £40 or more on Standard Order items
  • Pallet Orders to Zone 2, Zone 3 & Zone 4 are priced according to your postcode


For all domestic orders under 120kg, Big K uses Team C as our courier partner. All orders are fully tracked - your tracking link will be emailed once your order has been despatched.
Orders over 120kg will be delivered by pallet; surcharges apply where relevant. 

Delivery timescales are estimates. During peak periods and in circumstances outside our control, delivery may occasionally take a little longer. We always do our best to keep you informed.

Returns Information

All goods supplied are newly manufactured for sale and as such are manufactured to match the specifications shown within the product literature. If however the goods are considered unsatisfactory, such to the rare extent that a full replacement is required, we shall arrange to collect the goods and supply a merchantable replacement or offer a full refund after collection if appropriate.
