Delivery Information
At Big K Products, we pride ourselves on delivering your items as quickly as possible, dispatching All Orders placed before 12:00pm (Midday) the Same Working Day (Monday - Friday) and aiming to have your items with you within 2 - 4 Working Days (1 - 2 Working Days if choosing one of our Express Shipping Options). Standard Delivery is available from £3.99 (FREE When You Spend £40 or More), with all Pallet Orders delivered FREE of Charge.
For all our Domestic Orders, Big K Products use Parcelforce & Team C as our chosen Courier Partners. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. All our Standard & Express Shipping Options are Fully Tracked, with tracking links available below.

Please Note: During our busiest periods (May - August & Bank Holiday'), your order may take slightly longer. You will however be notified when your order is on its way. If you order a pallet together with additional items, we may combine these items so as to reduce the number of deliveries.
Please note that our Pallet Delivery is a kerbside pallet delivery. The drivers will deliver the pallet to the nearest vehicular access of your property. We are unfortunately unable to collect pallets. Pallet deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm. If, on the day of arrival, you would like to know your delivery window, please ring the office on +44 (0) 1366 501485 and we can advise you. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to alter delivery times. For all pallet deliveries, please indicate any delivery restrictions during the checkout process, for example, if you live down a narrow road or on a steep hill. Palletline will deliver to residential addresses using small vehicles, so access will be required for a box or Luton style van.

Returns Information
All goods supplied are newly manufactured for sale and as such are manufactured to match the specifications shown within the product literature. If however the goods are considered unsatisfactory, such to the rare extent that a full replacement is required, we shall arrange to collect the goods and supply a merchantable replacement or offer a full refund after collection if appropriate.
