The Citrus wood chunks, a mix of Lemon and Orange woods with their zesty fruity flavour are the perfect addition when smoking cheese, poultry and seafood.
The chunks are approximately 2-3" long and a great size to allow you to control just how much flavour you want to add and with no additives they burn well alongside any of the Big K Charcoal or briquettes.
Note: Soaking can help slow down the burn to prevent bitterness.
