Cherry wood chunks with their cheeky fruity flavour are the perfect addition when adding to pork, beef and poultry. The chunks are approximately 2-3″ long and a great size to allow you to control just how much flavour you want to add and with no additives they burn well alongside any of the Big K Charcoal or briquettes.

Note: Soaking can help slow down the burn to prevent bitterness.
