
A basic tomato based sauce that brings the right blend of sticky sweetness and sizzling fire to your barbecue. You really can’t go wrong with this one.

800g Peeled tomatoes (San Marzano or similar)

½ cup Brown sugar

½ cup Orange juice

½ cup Pure honey

½ cup Apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp Paprika powder (according to preference)

2 tbsp Salt

2 tbsp Crushed black pepper

4 tsp Garlic powder

2 tsp Red chilli flakes
- Blend all ingredients in an electric blender until you have a smooth and consistent mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over a medium heat for approx. 20 mins. The mixture will get darker and start to bubble frequently as the ingredients are caramelised and close to being ready.
