+ - Lighting Instructions
Create a base of Flama charcoal, add 3-4 Big K Woodies firelighters and light. Once the firelighters are burning, cover with additional charcoal to make a pyramid. This allows the flames to rise up from the bottom, heating the coals quickly and evenly.

After approximately 15 minutes, spread the coals out. Then, simply wait another 5 minutes and you're ready to start cooking.
