Citrus wood chips with their subtle sweet fruity flavour are the perfect addition when smoking cheese, poultry and seafood. Small pieces perfect for adding a little touch of flavour and can be used in some gas and electric smokers (please see the manufacturers instructions).
Note: Soaking can help slow down the burn to prevent bitterness.
