BBQ steaks

An easy marinade with a peppery punch
Ingredients
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 beef rib eye steaks
Cooking method

In a medium bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt and cayenne pepper.

Place steaks in a shallow, non-porous dish and pour marinade over steaks.

Rub the liquid into the meat, cover and let marinate in the fridge for 24 – 48 hours.

Grill steaks up to 7 – 8 minutes per side, depending on personal taste.
