Rocky Mountain Fruity Marshmallows

Enjoy the fruits of your marshmallow toasting endeavours with these fantastically fruity Rocky Mountain Marshmallows. A massive hit across the pond in the US, these fruity friends come Strawberry, Lemon, Lime and Orange flavours. Who says that marshmallows have to be white and boring? Moving from the gorgeous gooeyness into the technicalities, each marshmallow is about 3 cm in size, melting away smoothly with each chew. We’d definitely say these are a must have for your BBQ or chocolate fondue or as a topper for fruit kebabs.

Ingredients: Corn Syrup, Sugar, Dextrose, Corn Starch, Water, Gelatine, Natural and Artificial Strawberry, Lemon, Orange, Lime Flavours, Stabilizer (E450), Colour (E102, E110, E129, E133).

Storage: Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Perfect Toasting Instructions:

1. Stick 1-2 marshmallows on a long-handled stick or barbecue fork
2. Hold the stick about 20cm ABOVE the heat source. Do NOT hold the marshmallows IN the flame.
3. Rotate your utensil until all sides are golden brown.
4. Let the marshmallows cool off.
5. Eat and enjoy!
