Our FSC® Certified Forno beech logs perfectly compliment wood fired pizza ovens. With no binders and low moisture content, these 8 compressed logs give a serious heat for crispy pizza time after time.
Beech is the perfect wood for pizzas with low smoke, a delicate flavour, and hot flames, the logs light easily, are long lasting and with minimal ash leftover.
These logs light easily and quickly reach optimum temperature, they are easy to split allowing you to use only what you need.
