The Citrus wood chips, a mix of Lemon and Orange woods with their zesty fruity flavour are the perfect addition when smoking cheese, poulty and seafood.

Small pieces perfect for adding a little touch of flavour and can be used in some gas and electric smokers (please see the manufacturers instructions)
